Elementary Education Evolved is a leading elementary-grade education consulting company dedicated to empowering educators, both new and experienced, in transforming the quality of instruction for Black and brown students. Through the lenses of cultural relevancy, collaboration, and consistent implementation of research-based practices, we provide comprehensive strategies and methods that aim to close the academic achievement gaps. Our focus is on drastically increasing leverage-able academic data, improving school culture, and fostering the retention of Black educators. With our expertise and support, we aim to create inclusive and equitable learning environments that enable all students to thrive academically and personally.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to decrease the academic gap for minority students in grades K-5 and increase the retention of elementary teachers through effective coaching and training that inspires, empowers, and educates today’s educational leaders and teachers of this generation to transform the thinking, work performance, and methods to evolve with the children and the times that we serve.
OUR BELIEFS
At Elementary Education Evolved, LLC we believe that the time has come for us to make evolutionary change and drastically alter the course for productivity and hope for our future generations. For over twenty years, the academic achievement gap for black and brown students has existed and continues to increase as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic (NY Times, 2022) despite research and educational reform. With years of experience and exposure, it is evident that all educators and students can be reached, can be taught, can modify, but most importantly and necessarily, do the work to evolve!
OUR VISION
To help educators, everywhere to experience and gain career-changing information that leads to true transformation and aids in increasing academic and teaching success within the classroom. It is our vision to transform the quality of instruction for minority students through an evolved lens of cultural relevancy, collaboration and consistent implementation of research-based practices in order to drastically increase academic data, improve school culture, and retain all educators in efforts to close the academic achievement gaps for black and brown students.
