Time Commitment: Pre-scheduled and facilitated over 4 months.
Unlock potential and achieve results
with our advanced-level development program
This program includes a total of four 90-minute professional development series that are designed to build on to one another and to be given consecutively. The four anchoring series are centered around key components that lead to increased academic improvement and meeting the needs of all learners: Cultivating Classroom Communities, Implementing the MTSS framework, Differentiation, and Digging Deep into Data. *Other professional development series can be created based on your organization’s mission and goals for the academic school year*.

Group coaching will be organized around the professional development topics for the month. Participants will be coached on corresponding strategies and methods, provided with related resources, and will be given action steps to implement within the classroom. Educators will have to provide student artifacts and evidence of given action steps.
Feedback will be provided monthly for both the educator as well as their administrator along with a score of how well each participant is advancing through the program, using the teacher evaluation rubric from the organization. Each month, educators will receive one 90-minute PD from the created PD series, two 1 hour bi-weekly coaching meetings in relation to the given PD, one bi-weekly classroom observation (with written feedback), and one weekly virtual Q & A session.
