Our Framework

Our framework, GRO to EVOLVE © , is rooted in the belief that when educators are goal-oriented, effectively implementing research-based practices with full optimization, the results lead to transformative academic and social growth. Through this lens, we focus on training and coaching that aids educators in gaining skills with engagement, variation, ownership of their role and responsibilities, leveraging, visualizing to verbalize, and empowering, thus helping both educators and students grow in order to evolve.
