"Sophomore" Program

The Sophomore Package is inclusive of four 90-minute professional development trainings that can be performed both on-site and virtually. Each training course provided is designed to build on one another. Each session will include hands-on, engaging activities followed by scripted rehearsals to implement the information provided. Participants will receive feedback in the moment to help guide them in the right direction so that immediate implementation can be executed. Training courses can be selected from our current list of provided trainings or they can be built and customized according to the needs of your school or organization.

Once an inquiry has been made, our team will connect with you to complete a survey that will aid in identifying the needs of your school or organization. Information gathered from the survey will be used to customize your training sessions. You may select the topic for your training session from our list of current training courses or provide a specific course topic during the consultation process.
